Accessibility Statement
We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to everyone, regardless of circumstances or ability. To achieve this, we strive to adhere as strictly as possible to the web accessibility guidelines. Compliance with these guidelines helps us ensure that the site is accessible to all users. The website has been designed and built to comply with the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services), 2013, the Israeli Standard Recommendations (IS 5568), and the recommendations for web content accessibility (WCAG 2.0, AA level).
Keyboard Accessibility
The site is optimized for keyboard navigation: it can be navigated using the Tab and Shift + Tab keys, menus and selection fields can be activated with arrow keys and closed with the Esc key. Buttons and links can be activated with the Enter key, and navigation between radio buttons and checkboxes can be done using the arrow keys. These items can be selected using the space bar or Enter key. The visual order of items and their navigation order using the TAB key has been tested. The focus indicator when using the keyboard is clear and prominent. A link to skip to the main content of the page is available at the top of each page.
Screen Reader Compatibility
The website is written semantically, with standard HTML tags and content hierarchy. Additionally, ARIA features (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) have been implemented to ensure that screen reader users can read, understand, and use the site. Images contain alternative text that provides information about the image content. The site is compatible with popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Additional Adjustments
The site complies with text contrast requirements to ensure all users can read it with ease. Color is not used exclusively to convey a message. All embedded videos on the site include subtitles. Adjustments have been made for users sensitive to movement and flashing. The site is safe for these users.
Testing and Compatibility
We strive to support a wide range of browsers and assistive technologies to ensure that users can choose the most appropriate tools for their needs with minimal limitations. We support all major browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. The accessibility of the site has been tested in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers. The accessibility of the site has been tested with the NVDA and TalkBack screen readers.
Information About Inaccessible Components
Despite our significant efforts to make the site accessible to all, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of being made accessible, or lack an appropriate technological solution to make them accessible. We are happy to assist you and provide accessible solutions for any content on the site – feel free to contact us about this.
